REVISED SITE PLAN
Site Plan revisions have been made, as a result of gathering comments from design participants over the summer.
The general consensus led to the expressed need to allow greater distance between the Scottsdale neighborhood and the proposed greenhouses.
The following design goals were achieved;

Greater distance from neighbors has increased from 123' feet to 242' feet

Increase of existing natural area buffer of 119' feet

Reduction of asphalt drives by 740' lineal feet

Increase of rain water absorping indegenious granite roadways
-
Sound reduction of decible levels due to distance increase

reduced removal and replacement of existing vegetation

Increase of view corridor for adjacent neighbors
